I’ve done it alone, and I’ve done it with help—I’ve been through some sh*t and have the lived experience to tell you that I always do more impactful work when I have focused advice and support from a coach. 

I am here to be your champion, your truth-telling auntie, and your accountability partner so you can do your most radical (Radhacal) good. 

For years, people have been coming to me, sending their friends, and recommending others to me for counsel and advice in their careers in social impact. I finally saw how this could be another way for me to support badass women who are out there changing the world. 

I use my 20+ years of experience in social impact work (nonprofits, philanthropy, boards, and corporate social responsibility teams) along with my M.S. in nonprofit management, my M.A. in international development, and my post-grad in cross-sector partnerships to give you the shortcuts to everything I’ve learned, and cut years off your path to success.  

I believe that investing in yourself is the single most important thing you can do.

In a world that constantly tells women to be small, investing in yourself is literally an act of revolution, and I'm here to cheer you on as you step fully into your leadership.  

It doesn’t matter if you don't know exactly where you want to go next in your career, or if you are in a new position and feel like you could be doing more, but have no idea what steps to take next—I’ll help you with that. It's only by embracing the unknown that we grow.
